30. SLOVAK GYM FOR LIFE CHALLENGE

The City Hall in Trnava will once again host participants, female and male gymnasts of all ages, skill levels, genders, races, and abilities this year. Gymnastics is for all, without exception.

GYMNASTICS as the foundation of movement, GYMNASTICS as the foundation for all sports, GYMNASTICS as a lifelong sport, GYMNASTICS as a way of life.

All of this is presented by the groups at this unique event—an event free from competitive stress, battles for points, rankings, and medals. Just the joy of movement, the joy of a successful performance, and the joy of sharing positive energy with the audience, which immediately flows back to the performers. 

It is open to performers of all ages—from the youngest to the oldest—and welcomes everyone regardless of experience, background, or any other barriers or limitations. Supported by the International Visegrad Fund, the festival promotes inclusion, cultural dialogue, and mutual understanding through movement, music, and shared performances, making it a truly open event for everyone.

The event is open to all age groups and performance levels – without restrictions. Everyone has the opportunity to present themselves and contribute to the richness of the festival.
